Short Itinerary

Day 1- Leh

Day 2:- Leh – Sangam-Leh

Day 3- Leh - Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)

Day 4:- Nubra - Pangong Lake via Shyok river road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)

Day 5:- Pangong Lake – Leh (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)

Day 6:- Leh Airport Drop (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx)

Detailed Itinerary

Day

Leh Airport Pickup (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx)

Arrive at Leh airport, meet and greet by our representative and transfer to your reserved accommodation. Check in to the hotel and get proper rest to acclimatize.  O/N Leh.

After breakfast proceed for an excursion to, Sangam (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers,Magnetic hill & Gurudwara Pather Sahib. Later in the evening visit the Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa.O/N Leh.

After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft). You can take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which are found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.

After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, en route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. O/N Leh.

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.

Inclusions and Exclusions

    • Bike Royal Enfield Himalayan/Scram BS6 with Helmet on Sharing by 02 Pax Per Bike
    • Accommodation in budget hotel on Twin Sharing Basis with Breakfast & Dinner
    • All the feasible sightseeing places mentioned as per the tour plan mentioned above.
    • Tour Captain and bike mechanic along with light spares accompanying us for the entire tour for the smooth handling of the tour.
    • Back up of one Vehicle for any breakdown by health or any other issues and to carry luggage
    • Guidance with bike preparation and physical conditioning on trip.
    • Inner Line Permit
    • Fuel Charges.
    • Biking Gears (Knee Guard, Elbow Guard)
    • Oxygen Cylinder for Whole trip for emergencies 
    • In case of major mechanical damage, participant will have to pay for replaced parts and for servicing done by the local shop.
    • Any flight Tickets.
    • Accident damage will have to be paid by the rider.
    • Soft drinks, beverages, etc.
    • Personal expenses like tips, telephone calls, laundry etc.
    • Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, landslides, political insurgencies etc.
    • Any services/meals not mentioned in Cost Includes.
    • GST 5%

Cancellation Policy and Term & Condition

    • 10 % Cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour
    • 25 % Cancellation charges if cancelled between 30 - 20 days before the tour
    • 50 % Cancellation charges if cancelled between 19 - 10 days before the tour
    • No refund will be made if cancelled 10 days before the tour
    • No Refund or compensation on any changes on ongoing trip
    • Price Valid from 15 April 2023 to 30 September 2023
    • Bike should be in good condition to take this tour (For Passenger without Bike)
    • Through servicing of the bike should be done before the start of the tour.
    • Motorcycle driving license & bike documents should be legal and valid.
    • Helmet: Compulsory for both, biker / pillion rider.  Participants should be medically fit to undertake this tour.
    • Anyone suffering from breathing problems, asthma, heart problems or any major medical problem should avoid this tour.
    • No last moment cancellation will be accepted.
    • We Require minimum strengh of 12 Riders to operate one group. We have right to cancel the group if we do not get minimum strength riders in any group
    • Any Travelling Expense to Leh and back
    • Travel Insurance
    • Security Deposit - INR 5000 per bike (Refundable)
    • Any Other Item which is not specifed under cost inclusion
    • Riding Gears for riders like riding Jacket can be hired at 300 per jacket per day.

Inner Line Permit

    • Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Turtuk, Siachen Base camp, Khardungla Pass, Hanle, Tsomoriri, Batalik & Dha.
    • Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (Valid Passport / Driving License / Election ID / Aadhar Card which has address proof)
    • For Children – Aadhar Card / Passport mandatory.
    • The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.
    • The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.
