It's designed for travelers who want to explore beyond the usual tourist circuit and experience the authentic, remote Ladakh.

In remote areas like Turtuk, Hanle, and Tsomoriri, accommodation options are basic but comfortable: 1) Homestays in Turtuk offering authentic Balti culture experience, 2) Guesthouses in Hanle with basic amenities, 3) Swiss camps or guest houses at Tsomoriri. While facilities are simpler than in Leh, all places provide clean bedding, warm blankets, and attached bathrooms where possible. It's part of the adventure experience!
The drives are adventurous but safe with our experienced drivers: 1) Roads are mostly well-maintained but can be rough in sections, 2) Distances are long (5-9 hours driving daily), 3) Altitudes are high (up to 18,380 ft at Khardung La), 4) Some areas have military checkpoints. Our SUVs are well-maintained, drivers are highly experienced, and we include ample rest stops. Not recommended for those with severe motion sickness.
