• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services.
• Travelers are responsible for their own behavior and any damage caused by them during the tour.
• Tripacation is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by travelers due to delays, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Health and Safety

• Travelers should consult with their physician regarding any health concerns before traveling.
• Travelers must inform Tripacation of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
• Travelers are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and tour leaders.
