No, the double-humped Bactrian camel ride at Hunder Sand Dunes is optional and available on direct payment basis. This allows you the flexibility to choose this activity according to your interest and budget. The cost is typically around ₹500-800 per person for a short ride.
The Shyok route to Pangong Lake is subject to road and weather conditions. If this route is closed, we will take the alternative route via Khardung La Pass back to Leh and then proceed to Pangong via Chang La Pass. This may result in longer travel time, but we ensure you still visit all planned destinations.
