You should be in good physical condition with regular exercise habits. For moderate treks like Markha Valley, you should be able to walk 5-6 hours daily with a light daypack. We recommend starting a training regimen 2-3 months before the trek, including cardio exercises, stair climbing, and weekend hikes with weight.
Safety is our top priority. We provide: 1) Experienced high-altitude trekking guides, 2) Medical oxygen and comprehensive first-aid kits, 3) Gradual ascent profile with acclimatization days, 4) Regular health checks, 5) Satellite phone for emergency communication, 6) Well-maintained camping equipment, 7) Emergency evacuation plans.
During the trek, you'll stay in quality 4-season tents (2 people per tent). We provide sleeping bags with liners and sleeping mats. In Leh, you'll stay in comfortable hotels. On some treks like Sham Valley, you may stay in village homestays for cultural immersion.
We include acclimatization days in Leh, maintain gradual ascent profiles, provide medical oxygen, conduct regular health checks, have trained staff to recognize symptoms, carry necessary medications, ensure proper hydration, and have emergency evacuation plans. Trekkers with pre-existing conditions are advised to consult doctors before booking.
We provide nutritious, energy-rich meals including: Breakfast (porridge, eggs, toast), Lunch (packed or hot depending on route), Dinner (soup, main course, dessert). We accommodate dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) with advance notice. All food is prepared hygienically by our trained cooks.
You can do both! We offer fixed departure group treks where you join other trekkers, and private treks for solo travelers, couples, or private groups. Private treks have higher costs but offer more flexibility. Solo travelers on group treks get the advantage of shared costs and camaraderie.

Ladakh, the "Land of High Passes," offers some of the most spectacular trekking routes in the world. Our premium high-altitude trekking expeditions provide an unparalleled opportunity to experience this majestic region on foot. Here's why our treks stand out:
With our team of experienced Ladakhi guides who have grown up in these mountains, you get authentic local knowledge, cultural insights, and safe navigation through challenging terrain. Our guides speak English, Hindi, and Ladakhi, ensuring smooth communication.
Our treks are backed by a complete support system including experienced guides, professional cooks, reliable porters, quality camping equipment, medical support, and emergency evacuation plans. We handle all logistics so you can focus on the trekking experience.
Beyond the trekking, we provide authentic cultural interactions with local communities, visits to ancient monasteries, and opportunities to experience traditional Ladakhi hospitality. Our routes include remote villages and hidden gems that typical tours miss.
From acclimatization protocols to emergency evacuation plans, safety is embedded in every aspect of our treks. We conduct regular health checks, provide medical oxygen, maintain proper guide-to-trekker ratios, and have constant communication throughout the journey.
We practice Leave No Trace principles, support local communities through homestays and local hiring, use eco-friendly practices, and educate trekkers about responsible tourism in fragile Himalayan ecosystems.
